Lessons may be sold individually where offered, or in prepaid lesson packs, such as 12-lesson packs or 24-lesson packs. Each lesson is typically 45 minutes unless a different lesson length is stated on the applicable checkout page, sales page, invoice, agreement, or written offer.

5. Practice Videos, Feedback, Lessons, and Community Posts

You may submit progress in one of two ways:
Through the 52 Week Guitar Player Skool community, if applicable
Directly by email or another private communication method to your teacher or our team
If you post inside a community space, your post may be visible to other members, teachers, moderators, and administrators depending on the community settings. Please do not post anything in the community that you would not want other members to see.
If you send materials directly to your teacher or our team, we will use them to assess your playing, provide feedback, track your progress, design future practice routines, support your lessons, and improve the student experience.
We will not publicly use your private practice videos, lesson recordings, images, audio, screenshots, testimonials, or progress updates for marketing without your permission.
6. Payments
We use Stripe to process payments and manage subscriptions, trials, memberships, lesson purchases, and related billing.
When you make a purchase or start a trial that requires a payment method, Stripe may collect and process payment information, such as your name, email address, billing details, payment method, transaction information, and information needed for fraud prevention or payment verification.
We do not intend to store full credit card numbers on our own systems.
7. Free Trials
If you sign up for a free trial, we may collect the information needed to onboard you, assess your playing, create practice routines, provide feedback, communicate with you during the trial, and manage billing.
A valid payment method may be required to start a free trial.
If a free trial requires a payment method, your payment information will be processed by Stripe or another payment processor. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your membership may automatically convert to a paid subscription according to the terms shown at checkout or in the applicable written offer.
